Talis Park Sales for 2016 start out strong
If you’ve found your way here then you’ll know by now that in my opinion Talis Park is the premier luxury golf community in all of Naples. With a top course in the nation and a brand new clubhouse from which to enjoy a drink, a meal, and a great view, a fabulous sports complex featuring tennis and bocce, and a community of residents that really makes Talis Park a unique community in a city of noteworthy homes, I think you would be hard pressed to disagree. I am aware, however, that if you haven’t seen Talis Park for yourself this might sound like every other great community in the area. I assure you it’s not, but don’t just take my word for it. Sales for of the beginning of this year indicate that the demand for Talis Park is continually growing. The Naples Daily News has reported sales over $12 million for the month of January comprising both land sales and new construction contracts. The sum total of sales at Talis Park for 2015 came in at well over $160 million.
A drive through Talis Park will confirm these sales numbers. The entire community is bustling with construction. 136 homes have already been completed, 76 are currently under construction, and 130 are set to begin construction. This community has the perfect neighborhood for you, no matter what your unique definition of the perfect home may be. Single family homes of Seneca, Corsica, and Il Corso ranging in size from 2,500 to 5,500 sq. ft. and featuring many custom home designs in Italian Renaissance, Caribbean Colonial, and Spanish Eclectic architecture.
